Beauty tip #1: Eyebrow brush

This is great if you want to be frugal and save money by not buying an eyebrow brush. If you have an old mascara or a wasted mascara take the brush and wash it used hot water and a little soap to remove germs and the mascara. Here's a pic of my old falsies mascara brush

Sparkly heels

I got these sparkly heels for €22 last November in Sara to go with my prom dress. I love these shoes :)

Buckle boots

I got these buckle boots in Penneys at Christmas and I absolutely adore them these were €10 and the look great with floral tea dresses as the girly pattern helps balance the edgyness of the boots

Review: Rimmel stay matte foundation

I bought this for £4 in Asda and it was okay. It made my skin a little dry but it had medium coverage. If you have dry skin this foundation will emphasise it. It is good if you want a really matte base. The colour itself wasn't quite right it was still a little too dark even thought it was the lightest shade.
I would give this product a 6/10

Revlon Age Defying Foundation
I bought this product six months ago. I got the shade bare buff (10) and this was not the lightest shade, I wanted one a little paler but it was sold out. I really like this product. It was easily applied has an SPF 20 in it and has very good coverage. My current bottle is nearly empty but this has lasted me six months. It was €15 from boots. Overall I would give this product 8/10 as my only complaints were it oxidised to a darker shade a half hour after application

Review: The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo (2011)

I first saw this film a couple of days ago and it was brilliant. David Fincher did an amazing job again. I have read the Millennium trilogy and I had my own idea of Lisbeth and Mikael but Rooney Mara and Daniel Craig blew my preconceptions away. I loved the way they used such an iconic song as 'Immigrant Song' in the opening, Karen O's haunting cover was great, she made the song her own and it is one of the best covers of that song that I've ever heard. Mara encapsulates the character of Lisbeth superbly, the quiet rage she expresses holds your attention from start to finish. My one criticism is Craig's lack of a Swedish accent when the rest of the cast has one, it makes his portrayal less believable. The film overall has sleek, polished finish and if Fincher is not the director of the sequel the other director will have quite a challenge.

I would give the film 9/10
